For the past few years, when renovating an area, we managed to replace the flooring within those areas with tiles. It was sad to see our entrance hall and waiting area, together with our visitors bathroom, leaving a very bad impression and as you know first impressions last. These dilapidated floors posed a safety risk: the children and individuals might trip on uneven edges.
Phase 1 of our renovation of the tiling on the floors is now completed. Thanks to sponsorship of the labour costs from Claremont Rotary Club, the project kicked off in April 2011.
We seek further funding for the tiling in the passage, the baby dormitory and playroom.
